The Meat Crusade invades the Great Yorkshire Show

John Penny & Sons visited the Great Yorkshire Show to bring their campaign - The Meat Crusade - to consumers for the first time.

Over 100 heads of industry from the Yorkshire region attended the exclusive event and were treated to some of the best quality beef, pork and lamb straight from the barbeque.

The event proved to be a great success and attendees were keen to hear about The Meat Crusade.  The team from John Penny and Sons explained that while the campaign was born in Yorkshire their aim was to take the message throughout the whole of Great Britain.

The campaign wants to put quality British meat back to the dinner table by empower consumers to make informed choices about the meat they buy. The ground breaking campaign offers a greater level of understanding of what goes on in quality operations.
